The building is a modern facility designed to withstand maximum wind and
snow loads. Our facilities are protected by Intrusion Detection Monitoring 24
hours a day, as well as monitoring by highly sensitive heat and smoke detectors,
and 24 hour a day surveillance cameras that you can actually follow on the
Internet.
In the warehouse, we use a 3-story meazzine racking system and the majority of
boxes are stored in a “random” placement plan (spread throughout the warehouse).
There is no way someone could locate your records without access to our secured
software and data. This placement plan also provides for less chance of major damage
if a portion of the building would be compromised.
