HOW DO WE GET OUR RECORDS?

 

Benson Records Management Center’s uniformed couriers pick up and deliver your items directly to your office and requests are completed in just half a day. According to your needs, we can rotate your computer media on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and maintain the schedule for your convenience. We also offer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency service. Whenever the emergency, we guarantee a 2 hour response.

Our professional, knowledgeable staff are always ready to assist you with your record requests or questions. We offer you flexibility to order via phone, fax, email or real-time Internet access.

We strictly enforce authorized personnel for each client. We utilize barcode
tracking on all of our records. Our couriers are issued a picture ID badge that includes 2 blind barcodes required to log into their hand held  scanner. All delivery vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking.

Our emergency preparedness plan includes an emergency backup generator to provide power to critical facilities and essential services that would be needed.  In addition, the company has equipped all key employees with cell phones that can be used for emergency communications. Our voicemail system provides an emergency option for a caller to leave a message with a return phone number and what records are needed. An on call staff member is notified immediately by pager and will return your call to arrange delivery. All emergency deliveries are guaranteed in 2 hours or less.

Our Scan on Demand Service allows you to have files scanned for various
reason that you may need to have in digital format. Its quick, easy access
to scan only the files you need and not everything. The other option is for
files that are needed immediately for an emergency situation or conference call. In those cases we can scan the contents of the file and email them to you, much quicker than a delivery could be completed.
