All items are tracked and verified by using our Management software system
in conjunction with PDT3100 and 9600 scanners. We have utilized the same
operating system since 1989, with periodic upgrades to keep us current with the
latest developments in the storage software industry.
Your items are tracked every step of the way. No matter if we are delivering a
paper file or media. We scan the item at each phase of it’s movement. Each item
is scanned when pulled from it’s location, then when it is loaded into the truck for
delivery and again it is scanned upon delivery. When items are picked up from
your office they are scanned upon pickup and again when they are returned to our
warehouse. Not only do we track your items, we also track our delivery vehicles via
GPS. Giving you complete peace of mind that your valuable information is being
tracked every way possible ensuring its security.
Benson Records Management has an efficient system that saves time and
money with real-time Internet access for tracking and ordering. All activity
for your information is indexed and tracked for future use if you should
need it, and the complete Records Management database is backed up
nightly. Benson’s RSWEB product provides online access to tape inventory,
requests, data entry, various reports, activity, and order status, etc.
