Records Management Center offers full-service document
and media destruction with both on-site and off-site
options. For on-site shredding, our uniformed drivers
bring a mobile shredding unit to your location where
you can witness the destruction personally. With off-site
shredding, your contents are securely transported to
our facility for destruction.
Our company provides truly secure and efficient document
destruction, and we’re fully bonded. Your documents
are placed in a secure locked bin, transported in a
locked vehicle with GPS Tracking, then dumped directly
into our shredder.
Our Crestwood Destroyer handles a capacity of 12,000lbs.

No shredded strips remain, and the contents are never
again touched by human hands.
We offer a variety of locked shredding containers to
be placed at your office, with many pickup options.
Our information destruction includes: computer media,
hard drives, CD’s and microfiche. We can also assist
with annual and special clean-out projects, and track
and destroy items stored in our warehouse when they
reach their legal retention.

yes – After your information is ground, all paper
and card board product are baled and held in our secure
facility. Weekly truck loads of baled destroyed information
is sent directly to the recycling paper mills in Wisconsin,
Minnesota or Oklahoma. So not only do we destroy your
information, together we help protect the environment.
